I agree that Valda's pronunciation of Russian is very good for someone who's so new to the language -- молодец! There were just a few places where (as a non-native speaker myself) I had trouble understanding the words she was trying to say because her pronunciation was "off", but I assume that a native speaker would understand everything.
Valda -- regarding the pronunciation of "себя", here's a question for you: Are you familiar with the difference between the ñ and the n in Spanish mañana ("morning" or "tomorrow")? The better that you understand the Ñ/N distinction, the easier it is to explain the proper pronunciation of the -бя in себя.
