    The first "e" is stressed. Unstressd "я" and "е" are pronounced like "и". Unstressed "о" is pronounced like schwa.

    The actual prononciation can vary. It can be "деэтильнасть" or similar.
    Налево пойдёшь - коня потеряешь, направо пойдёшь - сам голову сложишь.

    I would say деятильнасть, if I had not to hurry, meaning я could sound alike и, but it is not very clear и.
