What I mean is in words such as Введение and более. Also, while I'm at it and if anyone feels so, how are её and нём pronounced? Are they like "yehyo" and "nyom"? Also, I'm clueless as to how the IPA works. I'm not asking to be taught in how the IPA works, I'm just saying, I won't be able to understand.

They are. Only it's closer to "yeeh-yo" since the vowel is not stressed (unstressed 'е' become "и" in Russian).Are they like "yehyo" and "nyom"?
