can someone sound out the above short audio clip for me phonetically (in English)?
I'm pretty sure he is saying с официанткой, but it sounds to me like it is pronounced differently than it is spelled. Please help!
Thanks!

Does this look like correction pronunciation?
suh-fits-sant-koy
suh-fi-tsы-Ahnt-kəy
There is definitely the "ы" sound after the "ц" and before the "ант".
You are right of course. I think it is pronounced so quickly and minimally, do you think a native speaker would notice if the ы sound was left out of the word? (I guess that's why you reduced the size of the letter ы when you typed it, to accentuate that it is barely there audibly, right?)
It's pronounced very well, like the speaker is making a recording.
tsə.fi.tsɨ.ˈant.kəɪ
the only thing it there is this /t/ at the beginning, but I think it’s a stray sound /t/ from a previous word.
