    Although it almost sounds like "ма - нуе - ни - я"

    I would have thought the blurring of the MH sound would be closer

    You’re welcome. МН cluster can be pronouced closer, especially in fast and emotional speech.

    Rtyom's record sounds perfect to me. The МН is okay.
    In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.
