Suppose I check some verb in dictionary. They give me the infinitive form. But still that does not help me a bit in finding the 1.-3. person singular and plural forms. Where to find these (with accent)?

Usually you need to know the Present stem as well. In good dictionnaries it should be mentioned. For example,
Читать, pres. читаю, .......
or
Читать (-аю, -аешь)
Рисовать (рисую, рисуешь)
Usually this is also an Imperative form of the verb: Читай! Рисуй!
Many verbs make this form regularly (ать -- аю, овать -- ую), so they are not mentioned specially.

a few beers and some cool music usually works
