The system is normally set up so that one person can only vote one time! I would not call that a very well managed election. The official is texting and nodding off in parts of the video. And where are they checking the ID and voting card of the the voters?
I guess they are all in on this scam, both the person monitoring it and the ladies and gents who vote multiple times. If they had changed outfits in between voting, it would not have been noticed on the camera...
And what motivates these regular looking people to participate in an election fraud. I don't get it... Has someone bribed them or are they political fanatics..?
Does anyone know why all the women are dressed in longish skirt and a peasant style headscarf? Is this mandatory - what happens if someone turns up in trousers without a scarf?
Many people here allege that similar things happen in the regular elections in Russia including Moscow, so this should not be very surprising to anyone, I guess.
It's sad to make a mockery out of the process though.
I wonder if everyone votes for the existing president Kadirov, right? Would anyone know who they voted for - perhaps they don't dare vote for anyone else? Also curious if the voters realise it's mostly a scam?
