    I would agree that America is "broken" but I doubt that this guys knows why it is broken or how to advise Russia!

    I am reminded of a semi-famous quote from a spokesman for the Soviet television news service in the 1980s, who said (in English) "We do not in any way show a one-sided view of life in America. On the contrary, we show the billionaires with their yachts, AND we show the poverty of blacks in the inner city slums!"
