Thread: Чтобы/чтоб ... хотя/хоть

Привет всем!

I'm wondering about the difference between the words
чтобы and чтоб . As I understand it, the meaning in English of чтобы would be something like "in order to" or "(so) that". Has it only to do with the rules of writing, or do they have two different meanings/usages?

I'm also wondering about the words хотя /хоть. What's the difference between these words?

Чтоб and хоть are just short forms... It used more in informal coversations than in writing...
