    В чём состоит различиие между

    - "как это пишут" и
    - "как это пишется"

I saw it today in my new Russian book

I guess it's like in German:

Как это пишется? - How do you spell it?
Как это пишут. This one isn't normally used alone. Look at the following example:
Как это пишут газеты - он был незаурядным человеком.
As newspapers write about it - he was a remarkable man.
I guess it may seem weird to some because, like I said, it's rare. I'd even say - it's kind of formal. The English version seems weird too.

    P.S. I can't speak German.

I think the reason is a different subject in each sentence.
    - "как [они] это пишут"... (они is the subject but we don't say it)
    - "как это пишется" (reflexive verb, это is the subject)

supposing my question would refer to most of verbs...like

делать - делаться....if something like that exists....what is it for?

The suffix ся makes the verb whether reflexive, passive or intransitive. And sometimes the verb has a slightly or complete different meaning. Also, some verbs exist only with the suffix.

    Thank you
For these reasons (that verbs can become reflexive, passive or intransative) I'm now asking you

More precisely: are there kinds of websites showing which verbs can be used passive, too?

I don't know any of these kind of websites because I use a dictionary and it tells me everything I want to know about the verbs.

The transitive verbs (vt) can be passive - verbs that can take direct objects, intransitive verbs can't be passive (vi).
