Often there are more then 1 correct variant.

You can use short form wherever it is a part of predicate, namely "is green", "was blue", "will be red". They are 1,3,4,5, 6,7,9,10,11(both),12, 13,14,15. But sometimes full form is also acceptable there or even better.

I think in 11 (2) was meant "великоват".

As for "X-ват" adjectives, which mean something like "а bit too X for..." or "slightly X", they are acceptable in 6, 7, 11(2), 13.
