What this means?
I found it from the expression:
"требуется всего лишь схватить его за руку, но ты слишком горда чтобы это сделать".
Also serious problems of why I should use схватить instead of взять!

the only thing you need is to catch him ...
взять = to take
схватить = to catch
Or "take his hand", if we have romantic context here, and "схватить" used for for emotional amplification.
I don't want to sound stupid but what is the difference between: catch and take?
They are both the energetic aspects of the pathetic verb hold. Correct?
Also I understand that grab is the aggresive energetic form of these two verbs.
Well, "схватить за руку" (usually "поймать за руку") may mean "catch red-handed". So here "catch" as "to catch thief".
"All you need is to grab him by the hand, but you are too proud to do it."
требуется всего лишь - all you need
схватить - grab.
To hold means to have smth in the hand. To take means to pick smth by the hand and then hold it. To catch is to manage to get hold on smth that is moving, or to take with an energetic move. To grab is to take or catch with force.Quote:

Examples:
I'm taking a book from the book-shelf. Now I'm holding it in my hand. A goalkeeper catches a ball. The stoker grabbed his spade and began to shovel the coal.
схватить = grasp, grab
взять = take
