It’s a sloppy spoken Russian a local somebody ignored to patch up before putting it in print. As for the meaning of it all it basically says that to get to the beach you need to first take the so called second ecological track from the western outskirts of the village and then, making a turn to a small gorge leading to the beach, move along it.
