I guess sleat means seat
There are several translations depending on how stiff your shoulders are
У меня плечи напрягаются, может быть я неправильно сижу? - means the shoulders are tense
У меня плечи затекли, может быть я неправильно сижу? - means the shoulders became numb
У меня плечи сводит/свело, может быть я неправильно сижу? - means the shoulders are cramped

It is understandable but it is better to give more details
I doubt that the reason is "incorrect sleeping" it is more of "sleeping in uncomfortable position"
