What does Прибывшие наряды mean?

George if you are asking about the grammatical aspect then прибывшие is the действительное причастие прошедшего времени which replaces the verb structure: who arrived = которые прибыли. Regarding наряд Ι also did not know what it means, in my mind it refers to clothes and jewel.
