I thought that
lorry = грузовик
bridge = мост
battery = батарея
platform = платформ
scaffold = the metal structure on the outside of a building when doing construction (I don't know the russian term)
ramp = an incline
float = a platform on wheels used in parades, also a type of dessert

I do not know what "dray", "scabbold", or "soller" mean in English

Another common meaning is "berth" (in a train)
lower/upper berth — нижняя/верхняя полка

Anyway, we need the context.
