    Парнишечко and ростить

    What is the meaning of the following two words?
    They are not in any of my dictionaries.

    Парнишечко

    and

    ростить

    парнишечка/парнишка/парень means a young man.
    ростить is a "peasant" form of "растить" - to grow/cultivate.
    Gib immer 100% bei der Arbeit: 12% am Montag, 23% am Dienstag, 40% am Mittwoch, 20% am Donnerstag, 5% am Freitag ...

    Apparently, 'парнишечко' is a vocative of 'парнишечка'.
