"лягь" (or "ляг"? ) is pronounced "ляк" (к is hard)
"лягьте" is pronounced "лякти" (к is hard)
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

Thanks. I think лягте is correct. ь is never spelled after velars. However some Russians tend to write лягьте. Imperative Mood is formed by adding -ьте to the stem if the verb always has the stress on the stem. But with the stem ляг+, this will violate the spelling rule.
Please correct my Russian or English. Спасибо большое!

    лягте is an exception

    Code:
    Remember:

In the end of imperative verbs, the letter "ь" is to be written after consonants. The "ь" remains even before "-ся" and "-те". For example: назначь, назначьте, готовься, готовьтесь.
    Exceptions: ляг, лягте, приляг, прилягте.

Besides that, I should mention the common error that illiterate Russians make. They mistakenly say ляжьте, ляж, etc. instead of лягте, ляг, etc.
