:o Hmmm, quite puzzled by that sentence, if not to say more. What da heck is this mean??? :lol: It kinda resonates with Cытый голодного не понимает. But im not sure.

That's just a proverb distorted for comic effect. There are plenty of such "proverbs":
Чем дальше в лес, тем больше дров => Чем дальше в лес, тем толще партизаны
С кем поведёшься, от того и наберешься => С кем поведёшься, так тебе и надо, etc.

This proverb means nothing. Лысый is an error. It should be сытый конному не пеший - a proverb made of 2 proverbs for comic effect: конный пешему не товарищ(a sow is no match for a goose) + сытый голодного не разумеет(A man with a full belly thinks no one is hungry). Something like a sow with a full belly is no match for a goose thinks no one is hungry.
