Каснутся? is this a word?

I was listening to radio and think the word I hear is "каснутся" or something like "каснутсо"

мождно даже небо каснутся/каснутсо рукой

but I cannot find any of these words in lingvo online dictionary, nor any word "suggestions" there that sound anything close to it...

does anyone have any idea what the word is? and what it means? for some reason this is bugging me...
