    Maria agreed with Tina, that Monica will buy the tickets these time!
    А Монику и не спросили. А вдруг она не хочет.
    I do not like "agreed" in this sense, I think "settled" would be better.

    I would have personally said it this way:

    Maria and Tina agreed that Monica should buy tickets this time around.
