    First Question

    Second question:
    Is it more polite than:

    Third question.
    Can I do a combination

"сказать" is possible here, but... I whould say, if you read such a phrase, you think by default that is has a little bit "stern" or "command" tone. Without knowing context or hearing voice tone I whould think so.

    2. "будьте любезны" is a little bit "old-fashioned", a very little bit. politness is the same.

    3. you can. 'сказать' almost doesn't fit here.

"Будьте любезны" sounds these days way too stupid...
Use it only if you trust your companion and / or want to add some fun to the conversation.

"Будьте добры" or "будьте так добры" are modern replacements for "будьте любезны".

So the following expression is 100% polite and makes good impression?

And it's better to omit "мне".

Yes. And actually no one should see any "rules" in strick black or white colours. I wrote above that "будьте любезны" sounds not well, but had a phone call today when some woman used that expression and it wasn`t sarcastic at all.
