В.ПИСАРЕВСКИЙ: Может быть, не хватило каких-то таких четких взаимодействий, оборонительных линий и атаки. Не всегда удавалось как-то нейтрализовать, в общем, соперника на пятачке вблизи ворот.

Болеть in russian can mean 2 things:
1. to be ill, and
2. Sport: to be a fan of / to get involved with the success of whomever (a sport team, a sportsman, etc.)

The commentator says "Болеть будем вместе" in the second meaning and then jokes about the 1-st meaning by thinking up a fake noun coming from the "болеть".

Пятачок = some little place like a square, but it's veeery tiny. Like "пятачок перед магазином". And in the game that's the place right in front of the gate which is bordered by the blue semicircle line. If looked on from above it can seem to be a half of a coin. Пятачок, btw is a folk name for the 5 roubles coin. Пятак, Пятачок, Пятёрка.

I can't think about modern 5 rouble coin as "пятачок". Пятачок was always a good old Soviet 5 kopeks coin for me. The one I used to put into metro tourniquets:

Also пятачок means pigs snout.
