    'with whom' in Russian

If asking 'with whom?' in Russian, is it enough to just say 'с кем' or is it more appropriate to say 'вместе с кем' ?

"С кем" is better and more universal.
    eg.
С кем ты пойдешь в кино?
Скажите, с кем я говорю (Tell me who I am talking to)
    etc.
