Vomit is "рвота" (an act and the product). Medicine term for product is "рвотные массы". Virgin - "девственница" in a social life and "дева" in a church ("Она была девственницей до свадьбы", but "Дева Мария, мать Иисуса").

There is a problem with "trailer trash" because of the lack of trailers in Russia... In the book translations they usually use the word "рвань" (the scamps), but there is not an accurate analogue.

What do you mean lack of trailors? Then what are those ugly things parked across the road? I'm at my dacha and we're being overrun by pikeys.
We call trailers 'caravans' or 'basteis' (бастаи) and the people who live in them, while they could be refered to as "рвань" the more usual term would be фукн пойкиз I believe.

P.S. There's also a nice word блевота - puke (noun) - and this is why you can't buy Blue Water in Russia.
