Thread: uninstall and reinstall.

Beloved forumers!
I was speaking with a friend from Russia on Friday but she was not able to watch me on video (even though my camera was working).
I tried to explain her how to adjust the settings but obviously she uses the russian version and I don't know the Russian terminology of settings.
If we don't find solution I was thinking to suggest her to uninstall and reinstall Skype.
How are translated these words?
Can you suggest any other solution?

If both of you download and install TeamViewer you will be able to control her computer and make settings by youself. Official site: https://www.teamviewer.com (free for personal usage)
After launching teamviewer she must pass to you somehow her ID and password. You enter "partner ID" and press "connect".
Of course her Windows is russian, so you must rely on your knowledge of russian.

Also, in skype, during voice chat she can enable translation of her desktop to you as video. So, you can see that she sees on the screen. It can help. She can just press "+" button and "share screen" ("демонстрация экрана" in russian version). But skype "share screen" function doesn't allow you to control her mouse and keyboard.
