topics 4 oral exam - do you know a website or a book?

Hi everyone,
I´m trying to find a source of general conversation topics such as family, housing, work and career, shopping, school, weather and nature, sport, etc. for Russian oral exam. It should be rather simple text. Preferrably no complex sentences, elementary / pre-intermediate / up to intermediate vocabulary and grammar used. No need of a book, it can be a website with material posted by students. Do you know of anything like this? Or do you have any material yourself? Would you be willing to send it to me?
