The Big soviet encyclopedia says:
(from lat. cacumen - sharp edge (острый край), top)
front consonants, top of your tongue is raised and creased up while front part of your tongue is incurved.
Yeah, makes a lot of sense since "cacumen" in Latin means "summit".Quote:
