Эсли Вы любитель насекомых, я очень сожалаю о Вас, потому что я беспощдно обязан разрушить всех животных более чем четырьмя ногами полдень послезавтра. Завтра выходной.

Прибегая к суровым мерам, я собираюсь добиваться одновременную смерть всех насекомых. Я ничего не пощажу. Все погибнут. А потом пообедаю……и возможно имейте мои ноги сделав скудно одетыми девочками, которые любят меня только для моих больших бицепсов.

Without a doubt the biggest part of humanity is made up of crazy toothless hags who are afraid of insects. For this reason, I, as the protector of grandmas, am obliged to help.

If you are a lover of insects I am sorry for you because I am mercilessly compelled to destroy all animals with more than four legs by midday the day after tomorrow. Tomorrow is my day off.

Resorting to drastic measures, I am going to work for the simultaneous death of all insects. I will spare none. All will perish. Afterwards I shall dine.......and maybe have my nails done by scantily clad girls who love me only for my big biceps.

I am not very happy with this Будучи сторонником суровых мер, я собираюсь... It's not accurate, but I'd like to keep the sentence structure intact.

You can use it, I just don't like the overall structure. I sense there is a slight difference in the meanings if translated literally

DDT, what you said can be roughly translated as:

Now
скудно одетые = poorly/badly/cheaply dressed

"scantily clad" = something like "сексуально одетые" or "слабо одетые" or (couple of monstrous structures) "облаченные в одежду, демонстрирующую прелести" or "облаченные в одежду, выставляющую прелести напоказ".
Can't come up with the right words though.

Yeah, I thought that ноги construction must have been some sort of idiom because my dictionary kept translating fingernails as legs or nails for hammering into wood. It also translates

скудно as scantily or barely aswell as poorly/cheaply/ badly.

I have just returned victorious but it is possible that I didn’t quite kill all the insects. If you happen to see any nasty bug, please squash it! Я только что вернулся победителем, но возможно, что я убил не всех насекомых. Если вы случайно увидите какого-нибудь мерзкого жука, пожалуйста, раздавите его! Несмотря на то, что я - Защитник Бабушек, я никоим образом не несу ответственность из-за этого (I think it's better to leave out "из-за этого" though). Дело в том, что несколько лет назад у меня развилась/появилась/возникла аллергия на пауков.

In general, the Russian equivalent of "not quite" is "не совсем". But I just can't see how I can insert this into your sentence in the given context. I think "не совсем" can't "get along" (so to say) with "всех" in your sentence. So I'd say either "возможно, что я убил не всех насекомых" (without "не совсем") or "возможно, что я не совсем убил насекомых" (without "всех").

Though, in english we can use this construction in order to add a sense of embarrassment or humor about something.
