    Soviet slogan

I've got a Soviet Poster, which has this on it:

    Вся впасть совтамъ!
    Заводы рабочимъ!
    Земля крестьянамъ!
    Миръ народамъ!

    ??? to the Soviets!
    The factories to the workers!
    The land to the peasants!
    The world to the people!

I don't get the first line.
I thought it meant "Everything falls to the Soviets".
    But why is it Вся?

Are you sure you've gotten the Cyrillic letters correct? Changed a bit, it'd be "all power to the Soviets," which was, IIRC, a commonly used slogan.

Yes it is. Its the font they used, the Л looks like a П.

All power to the Soviets (Councils)!
    The factories to the workers!
    The land to the peasants!
    Peace to nations!

I don't get the first line.
I thought it meant "Everything falls to the Soviets".
It's not впасть, read more accurately, it's власть.

    Yes, we established this ealier.

In the font that they use the Л looks like a П.

I remember now, pre 1917, Мир was peace and Mip was world.

    Electrification

Speaking about slogans, there was another one, by Lenin I think, about electrification and the construction of the communist world. Anyone remembers that? How exactly was it ? I remember having read it at the Lenin museum in Manezhnaya ploschad' (long ago, cause once I read it had been closed)

Коммунизм — это советская власть плюс электрификация всей страны

Еще была такая шутка об этом лозунге:
Коммунизм = Советская власть + Электрификация всей страны
    ergo
Электрификация всей страны = Коммунизм – Советская власть

    Thanks.

In Cuba there's the slogan: Socialismo o muerte (Socialism or death)

And people answer jokingly: Valga la redundancia (if you'll forgive the repetition)

(Just an anecdotic comment, do not take as an offenceeee )

    Jca, nice joke!
«И всё, что сейчас происходит внутре — тоже является частью вселенной».
