Client: "И еще один вопрос по страховке.
За две последних недели Prime Insurance сняла с моего счета более 900 евро.
Я неделю назад был у Вас в офисе, Питса сказала, что у меня не оплачен один месяц страховки."

Question 1st:
1. I think that from 2 - 4 for female nouns it is required iminitel'nyi padezh mnozhestvenoe chislo. Only in the case of male nouns is used roditel'nyi mnozhestvennoe chislo in all cases above 1<
2. If I said: ya nedelya nazad byl ... it would have been wrong?

it's often used, but за две последние недели seems technically more correct (however both variants are common everywhere in Russia)

it would ve been wrong,
only Неделю назад... Only this is possible.

1) You can say either: за две последние недели or за две последних недели. Both are fine, although I would have used the latter myself.

2) You can't say неделя назад, only неделю назад

Sorry, I don't have a sufficient grammar knowledge to explain why is that :)

1. delayed payment
2. the due payment / the payment due was settled (i.e. it was payed, and now you don't have any debt)
3. I don't want to take advantage of your kindness.
4. Regarding the visit to the house for sale, unfortunately it cannot take place in this week, due to health problems of the owner - Otnositel'no posesheniya v dom na prodazhu, k sozhaleniu nelzya proizoidti na sleduiushee nedele iz-za bolezni vladel'tsa.
5. You are always invited in our office.

Не специалист я по платежам, но возможно:

1) просроченный платёж (произошла задержка платежа)
2) своевременный платёж (платёж произведён вовремя)
3) не хотел бы злоупотреблять вашим расположением
4) Что касается вашего желания посмотреть дом: к сожалению, на этой неделе не получится, так как владелец заболел
5) Будем рады видеть Вас снова.

3. Можно и так, например: Я не могу себе позволить злоупотреблять вашей добротой.
