How do you say "Prisoner Of War" (POW) in Russian?

My dictionary says "военнопленный" but this looks like an adjective.

Also, what is the feminin form - военнопленная ?

Yes, военопленный is an adjective. But this adjective is substantivised, so you can use it as a noun as well. And this is the word to translate POW. The feminine form was done right.

Is there a word in Russian for "strip-off"?

I am trying to translate the following sentence:
The soldiers gathered the female POWs together and stripped-off their clothes.

Солдаты собрали военнопленную вместе и раздевали их одежды.

I don't think a polite "будете" fits in the situation when someone shoots her in the head, it sounds comical. "Будешь" makes more sense.

I am translating a World War 2 horror story.

Here are a few more words I am having trouble with.

to panic
to rape
to torture
quarters (a soldier's residence)

why don't you use any dictionaries?
to panic = 'паниковать'
to rape = 'насиловать'
to torture = 'пытать'
quarters = 'казармы'
hmm... is it pleasantly for you to translate such a things?

And one note
"охрана" is collective noun for several guards (who fired their guns simultaneously)
if you mean one man, say "охранник"

Потом командир спросил (you don't need a comma here ) третью женщину: "Будешь делать всё, что я говорю(i think 'скажу' is better)?"
Женщина сразу упала на колени и обещала ему что она сделает всё, что он скомандует (or прикажет). Она умоляла не убивать её.
But your russian is quite good
