3. Masha ran down to the store and bought (her) mother milk.

4. My father will give (away) the car to the president.

Маша сбегала (or побежала) в магазин и купила матери молоко.
(while "молоко матери" is grammatically correct, it sounds as if she bought mother's milk. A disturbing image, I must say. )

4. My father will give (away) the car to the president.
Мой отец отдаст машину президенту.

It's almost always better and less cumbersome to use a verb in the future tense form, than "будет + infinitive".
But if you do want to use it anyway it should be:
будет помогать .. чистить
будет отдавать

I've noticed you are making similar mistakes in most of your posts:

мочь is followed by the infinitive of the verb, this is the same as English, so shouldn't be a problem:

Я терпеть не могу ....
Я могу пить ....

You keep conjugating the second verb, this is wrong, it should be in the infinitive.
