    past gerund endings?

    написав
    написавши

    is one favored over another? Is there a stylistic difference?

    Yes, the difference is mainly stylistic.

    написав - literary
    написавши - vernacular
    написамши - even more vernacular
    "Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?

    I'd say, написав is just more modern.
    Написавши is somewhat obsolete (sounded quite normal in Russian literature of 18-19 centuries). Today, it can be met in deliberately archaized speech, or just be used as a colloquialism.
    Написамши is substandard (localism or colloquialism, up-country speech)
