Guys I try to write in russian a short description with simple marketing language of the scheme, by which an investor can receive a citizenship in Portugal.
My translator for a reason uses an extremely official language. I just want short bullet-points description. If you can help I will appreciate

Flexible Scheme

• Purchase of a new residence worth € 500.000 + VAT (5%).
• Investor receives a €2 mil loan of a 3-year duration and a 6% interest rate.
• Total interest for the three year loan period (€360,000) is paid in advanced and placed in a three year escrow by the investor.
• Investor ensures participation in a private Portuguese company.
• The private company uses the funds to purchase stocks of a Portuguese company registered in the stock market.
• After 3 years, the prospective investor acquires citizenship status, while the loan is fully repaid.
