It contains possible misunderstanding, because it can be shortening of different phrases:
1. Моя работа (заключается в том, чтобы) не говорить с клиентами. (My work is to /not to speak/keep silence/ with clients)
2. Моя работа не (заключается в том, чтобы) говорить с клиентами. (My work is not to speak with clients)
In russian you can and should drop out words if context is implied. So, in some cases your variant of phrase is correct, short, exclamation. In speech it have specific intonations of part "не говорить" (accent/stress).
Also we can rephrase to eliminate ambiguity:
Не моя работа - разговаривать с клиентами.
or, just change order of words to be clearer for english-speaker:
Разговаривать с клиентами - не моя работа.
(Talking with clients is not my job.)
