Какое из этих предложений правильно?
Я никогда не смотрел никакого русского фильма.
или
Я никогда не смотрел никакой русский фильм.

According to Essentials of Russian Grammar by Nicholas Maltzoff (by my memory), you use the genitive after negation except in the following cases:
-The accusative is preferred with feminine nouns, both in written and conversational Russian
-The accusative is used in reference to something known by both persons
-The accusative is used in reference to one specific concept or thing (Он не любит балет)
-The accusative is used to avoid a cluster of words in the genitive case (Я не знаю номер телефона)
"ni odnogo fil'ma" ili "nikakih fil'mov" (pl). "Nikakogo fil'ma" sounds wrong.
But its not enitrely. If you ask me if i have seen the movie gladiator and i say no. And you're like Oh you know the one??! About Rome. and fighting and russell crowe?! and im like no?! and ur like come on you know that movie! And im like No i havnt seen nikakova filma.Quote:

As for the case you described, well, you are right. Full answer will be: "Не видел я никакого Гладиатора!". Notice the word order to express that you are pissed off a bit. And in this case you usually use the particular movie name.
