Colloquially people tend to call this device "свисток or USB-свисток", although this jargon mostly applies to usb dongles shaped like a whistle, that's the word for свисток. You can also call these things внешний сетевой адаптер мобильных данных or мобильного интернета. That's your technical term for that, that covers all forms, shapes, types of connectors for these kinds of devices.

it is an incredibly small point, almost splitting hairs, but there is a problem with your punctuation. As it stands somehow the final clause it a bit lost. I often find it can keep things simple to use shorter sentences and break them up which is what I've done here.
Спасибо за совет
Как сказать "mobile data dongle" по-русски?

По русский, английский, немецкий ets is such a common mistake for Russian learners, especially for those who speak English as their first language. It should be по-русски, по-английски, по-немецки, just try to remember all that, they're all adverbs so they have that convenient nifty quality to them, their forms are fixed.
Thanks for catching up that mistake. I had a vague feeling it would come out a little disconnected when I was writing that.
