    Свободно = Бегло?

I have seen the following title on a website -> Свободно владейте любым языком.

Does Свободно mean the same as Бегло? Are they the same words or just synonyms?

бегло=speedy (derived from "бег"). in this case it means that you talk without pauses.
свободно=freely. in this case it means that there is no limits in your skill.

бегло and свободно both mean "without hindrance" in this context.
One can speak, read or write бегло or свободно, but one can't бегло владеть языком.
    Бегло is colloquial.

    Свободно (freely) - without difficulty.
Бегло - implies speaking fast, when you don't think a lot while speaking

(these words are close in meaning in this context)

What is more, you have to pay to any teacher who is a native of the language you want to study if you want to learn from him. The site is called - italki.com.

What do you think about Russian in the opening page (just change English to Russian)?

The articles should be written by Russian teachers.

No. "Свободно владейте любым языком" is correct.
    Eh....
It just looks like likely to translation from english.
Thin air is the subject of placing words in patterns which are "native".
Nothing is wrong with this site.

IMHO, the opening page looks like a direct translation from another language.

The first few lines for example:

    Свободно владейте любым языком.
Берите персональные уроки с преподавателями, которые являются носителями языка и общайтесь с людьми по всему миру.
Присоединяйтесь к нашему сообществу, в котором более 2 000 000 людей, изучающих язык.
    Как назначить урок?
Взять урок с преподавателем на italki очень легко!

I doubt if a native speaker would write them in this way. ("более 2 000 000 людей" is a grammatical error, BTW )

My try to make them "more Russian":

    Владейте любым языком в совершенстве.
Занимайтесь с преподавателями — носителями языка и общайтесь с людьми по всему миру.
Более 2 миллионов человек изучают языки с нами. Присоединяйтесь!
    Как приступить к занятиям?
Начать обучение на italki очень легко!

Anyway, the skills of a translator who made the Russian translations of the site may have nothing to do with the skills of Russian teachers.

It's just a wrong collocation. These words just don't look nice together for a native speaker.
