    What do you need this word for? Are you a chemist? I've never heard this word before. I looked it up in the Multitran dictionary but it didn't give any results.

    Thanks for the replies. No, I'm not a chemist per se, but I've always found chemistry interesting, so I was reading some stuff, and I couldn't find the translation of that word.
