Time for yet another completely random, unimportant question:

In the US/Canada (I assume) there is a popular TV gameshow that quizzes contestants called "Jeopardy." The style is like so:
-The host (Alex Trebec) provides the contestants with an "answer" to a question. For example "This city is home of the Kremlin and capital of Russia."
-The contestants must then give the correct "question" -- "What is Moscow?"
So my question is this; assuming you wanted to translate the question part of the game, how would you do so? "Что это такая Москва?" "Что такая Москва?" "Какая Москва?"

Исходя из ответа, вопрос должен звучать так: какой это город?

Что такое Москва?

the neutral form "что такое" is applied to all inanimated nouns, regardless of grammatical gender

And if it was animate, would it then be, for example: Кто такой Том Сруйз?

No, it's not an old person. It can generally refer to every age group.

Take "й" out of the word you initially wrote and replace "з" with "н" and you got it. :)
