How to say "we got here early // we're early " in Russian?

I accidentally said "мы заранались" which I think sounded like "we got injured".

How do I say it right?

Мы пришли раньше?

Мы пришли раньше времени. Мы пришли рано.
Он был ранен на войне.

Valda, "Мы ранены", "мы травмированы", "мы получили травмы" etc., it depends on context.
As a rule, "ранены" is more acceptable for the military context, "травмированы" for the civil.

"we got here early" = мы пришли сюда рано (заранее).
