I don't think it is enough to get any appreciable results (unless you are native speaker of another slavic language.). As for Rosetta Stone, we had several threads here on forum, you can try to use search.

I didn't watch that film, but from your transcription I can guess that it is "Холодрыга и сурово." It is very colloquial.
