Hello all,
I think I understand the directions to this grammar excercise but I want to be sure before I jump in. Can anyone translate this for me?
вместо многоточия поставьте нужные по смыслу однократные/неодинократные глаголы движения.
Thank you,

I believe it's wanting you to use the context of the sentence to determine the correct type of verb of motion (unidirectional or multidirectional, also known as definite/indefinite). I'm assuming the exercises has blanks (ellipses, rather) where a verb would fit. So it wants you to determine whether you use идти or ходить, бегать or бежать, плавать or плыть, etc. Are the verbs already supplied in the sentence, or do you have to identify that too?
Thanks for your help.
You're right, there are elipses to fill in verbs and the verbs are supplied, идти-ходить ехать-ездить лететь-летать. Can you translate the directions into English? I'm curious how they are worded.

The literal translation for you (word-by-word):
instead of the three dots, put necessary by sense single-time/multiple-time verbs of motion. (i.e., select verbs of motion (single or iterative) which are required by the sense)
Thank you, Bob. I get it now.
