Differences in these words...
Тебя и Тебе?
Меня и Мене, и Мне?
Думаю и Думаем?
Слушаю и Слушаем?
Понимаю и Понимаем?
Делаю и Делаем?
What are the differences bewteen , the Yu, and the Em?
I know that in my language, Macedonian, everything like that ends in am. Не знам, Не слушам. Не хочам/сакам
Re: Differences in these words...
Тебя и Тебе? The former is genitive and accusative case, the latter dative case. Egnlish has no cases, but here we can look at 'whose' and 'who' for the former and 'whom' for the latter for examples (not translations, though).
Меня и Мене, и Мне? This is like above, and the middle one is an entirely different word: dative of мена, exchange.
Димаю и Димаем? Probably you mean думать - these are the first persons singular and pluralf orms respectively, I think and we think.
Слушаю и Слушаем?
Понимаю и Понимаем?
Делаю и Делаем?

All the above forms are different in singular and plural: I listen, understand, make versus we listen, understand, make.

Мене is more likely to be an archaic form for меня.
Не рыдай Мене, Мати,
во гробе сущу.
