Hello,
What is the correct meaning of:
NYR-MA-NA
(For example, someone says "Kak dyela?" And that would be the response).

I have learned from my little "vocabulary books" to say "Hurashoh".
Which means "good", right?

Everyone I talk to says "nyrmana". I asked my 3-year old adopted cousin ALONA <3 from Russia "Kak dyela?" and even she said "Nyrmana" !! What is the reason of this? Isn't "Hurashoh" a nicer, happier word?

its Normal'no (Нормально)

I'm sure you can work out what that means.
It's probably the most common response you will get.

First: Your questions might be clearer if you either learned standard rules for transliteration or the Cyrillic alphabet. (It's not THAT hard.)

Second: She's saying, "Normal" or "Alright" or "Fine" or "OK." Take your pick.

Yeah, but Mage, it's obviously not the fault of her transliteration skills; I'm not familiar with a language where "L" is represented by "-". She's just a beginner exposed to typical, slurred Russian!

Нормально and it's slight variations are very common answers to such questions: "Как дела?" ("Нормально"), "Как поживаешь?" ("Нормально"), "У тебя всё хорошо?" ("Да, нормально"), "Ничего не случилось?" ("Всё нормально"):

(How's the business? - It's okay.
How's life? - As usual.
Are you okay? - I am.
Was it something bad that happened to you? - Not, it's all right.

Нормально is not always the equivalent of the english "normal" because the former means "all right" and the latter means "usually". The variant of хорошо (horosho) still can be used instead of нормально. It means the same, but we use it rarer as a standalone word. Its use is illustrated here:

- Добрый день, Григорий. Как у вас дела?
- Добрый. Спасибо, всё хорошо. А вы, я слышал на новой работе?

- Good day, Grigory. How are you?
- Hello. Thanks, it's okay. There's a rumour around that you found a new job. Is it so?

Хорошо, I think, is happier than нормально. But, we Russians are stereotyped as not too happy a nation.
