I don't know if it is correct, but very often I used expressions including the word challenge to pass by my arguments.
i.e. "I challenge you to find a better house in Cyprus"
i.e. "I challenge you to find a cheaper jewel/insurance of this type"
i.e. "I challenge you to ask an other lawyer about this issue"

How I express this in Russian?

Мои варианты:
1. Если хотите, можете попытаться найти на Кипре дом, более подходящий для Вас, т.е. лучше того, который я Вам посоветовал.
2. Если хотите, можете попробовать где-то найти драгоценности/страховку такого же типа подешевле.
3. Пожалуйста, если хотите, можете об этом посоветоваться с другим адвокатом.
