I need your help with the following sentences concerning correctness / word order

Обращаемся к Вам с просьбой информировать нас о разрешении начать отгрузку.

К сожадению, заказанные Вами периферийные устройства могут отправлены только 26.06.2007. Мы рассмотрели все возможности, чтобы ускорить поставку.

is it possible to get the "we are sorry to..." part look like this:
На основании всех рассмотренных возможноcтей, чтобы ускорить поставку, мы, к сожалению, сообщаем Вам, что заказанные Вами перифернийные ....

???

I know..unfortunately...I have to translate the text written in the book 1:1 ...

Is it to pass some test or are you writing a real letter?

There's no such thing as 1:1 translation in most cases.

We have considered all the possibilities to speed up the delivery, but unfortunately, the peripherals you ordered can be shipped no earlier than on Jun 26, 2007...

I know that 1:1 is not the wise way to translate things....especially if you have to translate russian texts...

it's just a task in my book...it won't be sent out to a russian business partner ;)

both these sentences are grammatically correct. As for the style, you can say it a bit simpler

Просим сообщить, разрешаете ли вы начать отгрузку/можем ли мы начать отгрузку
