Do you have in Russian a word that can express the meaning of available?

The obvious translation is свободный but it deviates from the meaning I want to give.

The obvious translation is "доступный" (more like "acessible") as many said. But it is too formal usually.
Alternatively:
1. К сожалению, в этом месяце доктор занят.
2. Эта продукция не поступит в свободную продажу до сентября.
3. По вечерам я свободен для культурного времяпровождения.
