    Hi, is it ok to use the word свой here or should I use твой? I'm always unsure in many examples similar to this one, which I should use. My understanding is that свой/своя implies ownership, but the reason I am unsure about if it is ok or not in this example is because I do not explicitly mention "Ты"... but it is implicitly obvious that I am talking about "Ты".

    Дай мне свой номер телефона

    also if I'm not using the correct form of свой/твой, let me know... thanks.

    To me, the both options are valid in this example:

    Дай мне свой номер телефона. = Дай мне твой номер телефона.

    Although some people may disagree with me.
